I have been working with Jodi for quite a few years now and I really enjoy the variety in the workouts offered that have made it easy for me to make fitness a permanent part of my routine. Because Jodi caters to all fitness levels and ages the Jumpt training group is like a big family and I look forward to the company as much as the workouts. I have enjoyed participating in community events as part of the Jumpt Team. The option of working out early morning , mid morning or after work make it very convenient and being outdoors is also more fun. If I had to choose a favourite then Boxing would be it. It is an awesome cardio workout and a great way to relieve the stresses of the day. Jodi is more than just a trainer she has a holistic approach to fitness offering life coaching and health and nutritional advice. There are lots of opportunities for goal setting as well throughout the year and she is always available for advice and guidance to keep us on our path to health and wellbeing.
