The Advantage of Group Fitness

A study published in the ‘Sport and Exercise Psychology Review’ outlines group exercise as providing the highest levels of motivation and success in obtaining goals. These sessions are designed to allow each person to train to their potential alongside people of various abilities.

The aim is to use the encouragement from each other to improve our own limits in a fun and supportive environment.

In Person Sessions

Join Jodi at the Shell Road Oval.

Mondays: 9am & 6pm

Wednesdays: 6pm

Thursdays: 6pm

Online Sessions

Join Jodi on Zoom (yes you can have your camera off if you’re too shy to have it on) 

Mondays & Thursdays: 6am

Wednesdays: 5.45am


  • $94 per month unlimited sessions (with Direct Debit)
  • $15 casual
  • $125 for a card of 10 sessions
